Note: Our lab is now equipped with sophisticated instruments like LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS and ICP-MS for trace level analysis of Pesticide Residues, Drug Residues, Natural Toxins and Heavy Metals. These specialized services do not fall under the standard delivery timings mentioned below.

Samples of drinking water and packaged drinking water as per the FSSAI Regulations.

Our aim is to provide the best quality testing service in a reasonable turnaround time which depends on sample load. Please discuss with lab reception while submitting the samples for turnaround time for specific testing requests.

Complaints & Feedback

If you have any complaint with respect to delivery of above standards, you are welcome to register your complaint in the "Complaint Box" in the prescribed form available along with the Complaint Box at the First Floor near the Notice Board in this office building.

  • All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 (seven) working days.
  • Final reply on action taken will be communicated within 15 (fifteen) working days.
