Sealed quotations affixing non-refundable Court Fee Stamp of Rs.8.25/- (Rupees Eight and Paise Twenty Five) only are invited from Authorized Dealers/Suppliers/Manufacturers for the supply of “Chemicals/Reagents/Apparatus/Equipment/Glassware, etc. “ for the State Public Health Laboratory, Assam, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati, 781021 for 2024-25and 2025-26. The articles should be of reputed manufacturers. The list of items along with specifications can be obtained from the office of the undersigned or can be download from this website (links below). The rates should be quoted excluding taxes. Quotations complete in all respects including GST no., Tax Clearance Certificate, Dealership Certificate, etc. must reach the undersigned within 21 (Twenty-One) Days from the date of issue of this tender notice (5th March, 2024).
The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
The tenders will be opened at 1:00 PM on 01.04.2024 in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives in the office of the undersigned.
